Creativity and knowledge - What is Important?

Knowledge is the information that we have through the experience of our predecessors or our own at present. Information about all things discovered or experienced is knowledge. But, creativity is needed to put that information and come up with results and solutions.

Knowledge plays an important role and does not work without each other. Creativity is a part of knowledge, and it comes under expertise. And knowledge is experienced through a creative mind and thinks creatively. It is a way of information that makes people think creatively and find out the results and solutions. Without the two working together, nothing new could happen.

I know that is something you know about the experience. Everywhere around us is some knowledge. Each person has specific knowledge, and no one doesn’t know anything. Our skill starts with birth, and each time we learn new things. We learn from our parents, in school, in college, or learn from doing day-to-day work.  

Knowledge is now doubling every month, and every time you learn something new. It means that what we know today may be different or improved tomorrow. Creativity is just connecting things. When we ask creative people how you do this, they feel guilty because they didn’t do it they just saw and created the thing in his/her mind and come up with creative or innovative thinking. Creativity is a process of discovering new ideas and concepts, and it is directly related to ideas and concepts. Being creative is not easy. Gaining knowledge is easy compared to creativity. Creativity is not taught but performed by specialized ones.  

Let us find out which is more important;

• If we say knowledge is power, and through that, we can do anything. But if you don’t know how to apply the knowledge you have gained, then you are not able to do much. 
• Or if we say creativity is a way to find out and solve problems and discover new things and it is a magnet to learning new things.

Both are important, but when creating a team, we think in a creative way or a creative mind, and according to this creativity is more important than knowledge. You always acquire the knowledge you need, but to implement it, you have to think creatively and find out the solution. There is an interpersonal relationship between both.

 

Being creative can lead to more knowledge, and being knowledgeable can increases creativity. Expertise leads to creativity people who are designed and trained in their field are more knowledgeable and have a creative mind because they have gained a lot of experience in his/her field. So, we can say that both are essential to creativity and knowledge. 

Without one another cannot work, and it is the source of innovation. It can help experienced people to think creatively and execute new and innovative thoughts and ideas. Both have their side of value. But, if knowledge goes in the right direction, innovation or creativity is also coming up in a significant way.
